Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive software sales and expand market reach. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to discuss their software requirements and offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
  • Software Demonstrations: Conduct engaging software demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Address client questions and provide clear explanations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Information Management: Ensure all client and sales information is accurate and up-to-date in CRM systems. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Task Management: Handle repetitive tasks with patience and efficiency, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Customer Follow-Ups: Perform regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.
  • End-User Training: Provide training sessions for software end users to ensure they understand how to utilize the software effectively. Develop training materials and resources as needed.

Qualifications:
